Hypertension in the Elderly: How low should we go?

The American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) released guidelines on the benefits and harms of higher versus lower blood pressure targets in hypertensive adults aged 60 years or older.  The specific recommendations may be found here.
